Before booking and before you go, please be aware of the following:

• Cost includes transfer to and from your central hotel or Riad in Marrakech and includes  2 people on each quad bike;
• You will be joining other people on the day. Both group trips set off from central Marrakech each day at either 9:00 a.m. or 2:30 p.m.;
• If you have a large group this can be arranged as a private excursion. Please contact us for more details;
  
• Each quad bike can take up to 2 riders; 
• You will be under the supervision of professional guides;
• On the day, your instructor will give you a short safety briefing as well as a lesson on how to control and drive your quad. You will then follow your guide as they take you around the route. Helmets will be provided;
• Ensure that you wear closed trainers/shoes – no sandals and you should also have adequate clothing e.g. warm clothes in the colder months;
• It is not necessary to hold a current driver’s licence but you must be over 18 years old. 
• Those under 18 can ride as a passenger. However, those under 16 years of age require parental permission from at least one parent, by completing a waiver and discharge form; 
• If you have back or neck problems you should consider whether or not you should participate in this activity; and
• If you are pregnant, you should not take part;
• You should ensure that your personal holiday insurance covers this activity.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel in advance with at least 72 hours before the morning of your activity a full refund is available. If less than 3 days then no refund is payable. Please refer to the Booking Terms & Conditions for full details.

Cancellations received with less than 72 hours notification in writing will not be eligible for a refund.
