Itinerary 

This is an early start from Marrakech leaving at 07:00. 

You will travel through beautiful lush green countryside of the High Atlas Mountains. 

On the way you will see many Berber villages, such as Ait Ourir and Taddert. You will also travel through the Tiz-N’Tichka pass and it is the highest major mountain pass in North Africa (alt 2260 m).  

The day trip will include visit to Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah (where many famous movies where shot, for example, Lawrence of Arabia, Gladiator and Babel). Then you will visit Kasbah Taorirt, which is inside Ouarzazate city.  

On arrive at Ouarzazate you will have free time, around 4 hours, and the opportunity to have lunch.

Travel back to Marrakech will be a picturesque route through the villages, arriving around 19.00.

Before booking and before you go, please read the notes below

These are simple tours providing transport. You will be joining a Group Tour with others and this will give you an opportunity to see the sights and perhaps meet some new friends. You will be picked up at your hotel, or meet at Jemma El Fna square (depends on hotel location).  

On your return to Marrakech you will be dropped off either near your hotel, if the hotel is en route back to Jemma El Fna, or at Jemma El Fna itself.
