Ready to leave the hustle and bustle of Marrakech and take private trip and camel ride around the Palmeraie.
Why not take a half-day adventure in the Palm Groves on the outskirts of Marrakech on the ‘ship of the desert’?
You will learn to mount and ride a camel. Very soon you’ll find your balance and enjoy the slow rhythmic movement as your camel treads through the palm groves.
Your one-hour camel ride will take you around rocky terrain and oasis-like landscapes. You will also pass through local Berber villages as well as luxury villas and deluxe hotels.
A camel ride is a great activity for both adults and children.

Before booking and before you go, please be aware of the following:
- Cost includes with transfer to and from your central hotel or Riad in Marrakech;
- If you select Opion 1, you will be joining other people on the day. Both group trips set off from central Marrakech each day at either 9:00 a.m. or 2:30 p.m.;
- Prices are also shown if you wish to have a private transport (Option 2) to and from the Palmeraie;
- If you have a large group this can be arranged as a private excursion. Please contact us for more details;
- You will be under the supervision of professional guides;
- Ensure that you wear closed trainers/shoes – no sandals and you should also have adequate clothing e.g. warm clothes in the colder months;
- If you have back or neck problems you should consider whether or not you should participate in this activity;
- If you are pregnant, you should not take part;
- You should ensure that your personal holiday insurance covers this activity
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel in advance with at least 72 hours before the morning of your activity a full refund is available. If less than 3 days then no refund is payable. Please refer to the Booking Terms & Conditions for full details.
